Karen Plummer, Vice PresidentKaren joined FtP in 2005 when she was cast in A Christmas Story alongside her niece and son. Since then, working with FtP has continues to be a favorite family past time both on and backstage. Karen holds a BS in English from McDaniel College and is currently an Educational Technician at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. |

Mattie Darby, SecretaryMattie has been involved with FtP since 2001, both onstage and backstage, and as the Special Events Chairperson. She hold a Masters Degree in Instructional Systems Design and currently teaches English as a Second Language with Frederick County Public Schools. Mattie lives in New Market with her two children. |

Jason Plummer, TreasurerJason joined FtP in 2007 when he portrayed 2 characters in Seussical, the Musical. He also managed to get cast in Once Upon A Mattress last year. Jason likes to stay behind the scenes and only come out on stage with lots of people around him. This is his first FtP Board position, but served as the Treasurer of a Cub Scout pack in Gaithersburg, MD and is currently the Advancement Chair in a Boy Scout Troop in Germantown, MD. He has over 20 years of experience in handling budgets and various administrative issues for the Federal government. |
Jeanne Brinsfield, Development DirectorJeanne joined FtP in 2005. She has become enthralled by the quality of the productions. She hopes to become instrumental in helping this organization formulate a long term Development Plan so that FtP can continue to thrive. She owned a catering company for 16 years until she sold the business in 1992. She acted as the Events Planner & Project Manager for many Non Profit fund raising events as well as political fund raisers. She originated and is currently the President of a DAR non profit scholarship Foundation. She has been employed as a Field Training Manager for DavCo since 1994. |

DC Cathro, Artistic DirectorFtP was the first theatre company he worked with after moving to Frederick over 15 years ago. DC has worked on and backstage in theatres up and down the east coast for over 20 years. DC also works as a graphic designer, and has produced theatrical designs such as show posters for many organizations. In his (very rare) spare time, DC enjoys collecting and playing board games (AND has appeared in two musicals based on board games!). |

Diane Causer, Technical DirectorDiane joined the Players during The Crucible in 1991 and has served on the board of directors as well as backstage in various capacities. She holds a BS in Business Administration from Penn State University and is employed as Cash Manager at Canam Steel Corporation in Point of Rocks, Maryland. |

Margie Weaver, Marketing DirectorMargie has been involved behind the scenes at FtP since the summer 2006. Margie holds a B.A. Degree in English and Political Science from Hood College and a Master's Certificate in Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and is the Director of Marketing at Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center in Frederick. She lives in Unionville, MD with her husband, Bruce, and teenage daughter, Tori. |
