Scott Beadle, President

Scott first became involved with FtP in 1985. He holds a BA in Theatre Arts and an MS in Human Resource Development. He is currently employed as the Director of Training for DavCo Restaurants (Wendy's). Message from the President
Karen Plummer

Karen Plummer, Vice President

Karen joined FtP in 2005 when she was cast in A Christmas Story alongside her niece and son. Since then, working with FtP has continues to be a favorite family past time both on and backstage. Karen holds a BS in English from McDaniel College and is currently an Educational Technician at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

Pat Dickinson, Treasurer

Pat joined Ftp in 1992 and has enjoyed nearly 20 years in positions on the board and backstage. She attended the University of North Carolina majoring in business. Pat is retired from the U.S. Department of Energy where she worked as a business manager in Fossil Energy's IT group.

 
 

Rick Weldon, Development Director

 Rick has been a long time member and supporter of FtP. You may remember him most recently in our fall production of “Inherit the Wind”. Rick has also been in “Annie” and “The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas.” Among many of his accomplishments, Rick is a former member of the House of Delegates and a former Board member for the Weinberg Center for the Arts. He and his wife reside in Brunswick, Maryland. As Development Director, Rick will oversee the Grants and Fundraising Committees.
DC Cathro

DC Cathro, Artistic Director

FtP was the first theatre company he worked with after moving to Frederick over 15 years ago. DC has worked on and backstage in theatres up and down the east coast for over 20 years. DC also works as a graphic designer, and has produced theatrical designs such as show posters for many organizations. In his (very rare) spare time, DC enjoys collecting and playing board games (AND has appeared in two musicals based on board games!).
