Wendy's Get Together

When: Wednesday, February 29, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
Where: Wendy's on Monocacy Blvd. (near the fairgrounds) in Frederick MD.

Help support the Fredericktowne Players with a dinner at Wendy's!  20% of all sales will go towards FtP, so come and help out the longest-running community theatre in Frederick County. Wendy's has agreed to make this a montly event. The last Wednesday of EVERY month is FtP Night at Wendy's. Please mark your calendars.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING/ELECTIONS

Wednesday, March 28 @ 7:00 PM at the FtP Studio

Please mark your calendars! Our Annual General Membership Meeting is right around the corner. This year, it falls on the same date as our new Wendy’s Night Fundraiser so we are creating a special event. Please join us at the 98 Monocacy Blvd Wendy’s for a yummy dinner that gives back to your favorite theater company. Then we’ll travel to FtP’s studio for our “Just Desserts” meeting and elections.

The Board positions that are up for election are:

Secretary
Technical Director
Marketing Director


During the General Membership Meeting, nominations will also be taken from the floor for each of the four Board position. We will also be announcing FtP's Player of the Year for 2012! Hope to see everyone there.

Make Up Course: Sunday, March 25, 2012  from 2:00 - 5:00 PM

Ever wonder how to create a great theater stage face? Or maybe you would like to brush up on your skills or discover some new techniques before your next show. FtP proudly presents their Spring Class- MakeUp 101: Stage, Street, and Scary. Spend the afternoon with fellow members and patrons learning the tricks of the trade as well as the basics of this art medium. You’ll be given hands on training in the basics of theatrical makeup application, the difference between stage and street makeup, some basic skills and a whole lot more in this fun afternoon with friends. Whether you’ve never used makeup before and would love to learn, want to refresh your out-of date look or wish to create a fabulous Halloween face, this is the class for you!
